| 摘 要： | 针对当前房产信息系统结构复杂、技术多样，存在应用程序分散，异构难以集成等问题，在此通过对房产业务管理系统进行分析研究，并结合SOA技术及其体系架构，提出基于SOA架构和JavaWeb服务的房产管理信息系统应用模型和解决方案，该模型采用基于MVC开发框架的B／S服务模式，实现一个能提供多种服务的房产信息系统，为实现构建数字化房产交易管理平台提供了解决方案。
