基于LVDT的微小位置测量系统设计

摘    要:给出一种基于线性可调差动变压器(LVDT)的微小位移测量系统。系统以DSP为核心处理器完成对差动变压器输出数据的采集,并对数据进行数字滤波处理和分析得到待测微小位移。测试结果表明本设计的测量精度达到0.1 mm,满足测量铜钢复合钢板国标标准的要求。系统适当修改便可应用于旋转式小型、线形、薄片形精密零件的非接触式无损位移测量。

Abstract:A micro-displacement measurement system based on Linear Variable Differential Transformer(LVDT) is proposed,which takes DSP as a core processor,performs output data acquisition of the differential transformer,and processes data with digital filtering and analyses to get the micro-displacement.The measured results indicate that the measurement precision reaches 0.1 mm,which meets GB standard of copper-steel composite plates.The modified system is suitable for the non-contact non-destructive displacement meas...
