EHF频段回旋行波管放大器的模拟研究

摘    要:相对于UHF和SHF频段,EHF频段在抗干扰、低的截获率和在高空核爆炸情况下,地球至卫星上行链路具有最小中断时间等方面所显示出的优势,备受各国关注。通过对回旋行波管中的寄生振荡、工作磁场等问题的研究和PIC粒子模拟,讨论速度比a和工作磁场B对输出功率和增益的影响。PIC粒子模拟表明,在电子注电压为70kV、电流13.5A、工作磁场为1.61T时,EHF波段基波回旋行波放大器得到370kW的输出功率、52dB的增益和39.5%的效率。
