| 摘 要： | 为了实现对现场生产过程的精确控制,PLC闭环控制系统在工业生产中正得到越来越广泛的应用,阐述PLC实现PID控制的3种常用方式,分析闭环控制系统中PID数字控制器的原理,结合西门子S7-200 PLC详细介绍PID指令使用和输入/输出变量转换的方法,为S7-200 PLC在PID闭环控制系统中的应用提供一整套解决方案,最后以工业生产中常见的温度控制为背景,给出一个编程实例,对PID在工业控制中的应用很有参考价值。

| Abstract: | In order to control the production process accurately,PLC closed loop control system is widely used in industrial production.The article mainly describes three usual manners by using PLC to realize PID control,analyses the principle of PID digital controller in the closed loop control system,detailedly introduces how to use the PID instruction and how to convert the input-output variable according to the Siemens S7-200 PLC,provides an integrated project for the application of S7-200 PLC in PID closed loop control system,in the end,it gives a program example about temperature control in industrial production,it is a good reference for the use of PID in the industrial control system. |
