摘    要:微米颗粒散射光信号的获取是利用夫朗和费衍射原理分析微米颗粒粒径的基础。介绍了由计算机和高速数据采集卡组成的高速采集装置,讨论了在基于虚拟仪器软件平台的程序设计中遇到的有关散射光信号的高速采集、存储、显示等问题。通过实验证明能够得到反映微米颗粒散射光信号的结果,为今后利用这些结果进行微米颗粒的粒径分析提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract:The acquisition of the micronparticle scattering light signals is the foundation of analyzing the micronparticle size by means of Fraunhofer diffraction principle.A high speed data acquisition equipment consisting of a computer and a high-speed data acquisition card is introduced.The relevant problems(such as how to acquire,store and display the scattering light signals) confronted during the programm design based on virtual instrument software platform are discussed.The experiment demonstrates that the system can achieve the results which can reflect scattering light signals of micronparticles.The results can be used to provide a dependable basis for the analysis of micronparticle size in the future.
