摘    要:在某复杂武器装备检测信号数据采集模块设计中,为实现对多路检测信号的实时精确采集,采用ADS8364与ADSP-BF533芯片相结合的方案。设计了基于ADS8364与ADSP-BF533的高速数据采集模块接口电路和A/D采集控制流程,系统测试表明,接口电路可以实现对装备复杂检测信号的实时精确采集和处理,数据传输速率高,传输稳定。

Abstract:Using ADS8364 and ADSP-BF533 chip to realize weapons testing in a complex signal data acquisition module designed for the realization of multi-channel real-time accurate detection of signal collection.The Interface circuit of high-speed data acquisition module and A/D acquisition control process based on ADS8364 and ADSP-BF533 is designed.The system test shows that the interface circuit can collect and process the detection signal of complex equipment accurately and real-timely,and it has high speed and sta...
