陀螺仪扭杆刚度测量不确定度的分析与评定

摘    要:扭杆是速率陀螺仪中的核心零件,在速率陀螺仪中起支承、定位和产生弹性扭矩的关键作用,其性能的好坏直接影响到导航和定位精度,影响到速率陀螺仪的整体性能,因此对扭杆性能的高精度检测十分重要。测量不确定度是表示测量结果质量的指标,采用它激动力微摆法测量某速率陀螺的扭杆刚度,并根据实际测量过程以及所使用的测量仪器对测量不确定度进行了分析和评定,评定结果符合国家标准和规范。
