基于CAN总线的航空电缆测试系统分布机研究

摘    要:针对航空电缆数量多,类型和结构复杂,电缆接头多样化等特点,提出一种基于CAN总线的分布式柔性电缆测试系统,详细介绍分布机中的关键模块基于CPLD的大规模矩阵开关板的设计方案,给出硬件实现方法和部分通信程序流程。该系统扩展方便,测试速度快.在以航空电缆为代表的复杂电缆测试中具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:Since the characteristics of the aviation cable which has large quantities,complicated types and structures,diverse cable connectors and so on,the distributed flexible test system for cable based on CAN bus is proposed.The design scheme of large-scale switching matrix module based on CPLD is introduced,the hardware circuit and the communication software are presented.The system is extensible and fast,it has broad application prospects in complicated cables testing with the representation of the aviation cab...
