摘    要:针对目前蓄电池内阻在线测量存在的不足,设计实现了一套实用的蓄电池内阻在线测量系统。该系统运用四引线连接法,将一定频率的交流信号注入电池,再将电池两端产生的微弱信号通过前置放大滤波,送入AD630进行相关检测,有效地抑制了噪声和干扰,简化了设计,实现了蓄电池内阻的在线测量。实验结果表明,该系统可有效地应用于蓄电池内阻的在线测量,且测量结果稳定可靠。

Abstract:A set of practical on-line measurement system about internal resistance of battery is designed on regarding the deficiency of on-line measurement about internal resistance of battery.The system used four down-lead connection method,injected AC signal with certain frequency into the battery,then detected the weak signal generated at both ends of the battery by preamplification filtering based on AD630.The system suppressed the noise and interference effectively,simplified the design,and achieved the on-line ...
