基于DSP的交流异步电机高精度调速系统设计

摘    要:针对交流异步电机的特性,设计了一套基于DSP的交流异步电机高精度调速系统。系统应用矢量控制技术作为系统的总体控制方案,以TI公司电机控制专用的高速数字信号处理器(DSP)TMS320F2812为系统的核心处理器,三菱电机公司的PS21246智能功率模块(IPM)为逆变器件,在此基础上运用空间电压矢量脉宽调制技术和模糊PI控制算法,构建了一个基于TMS320F2812 DSP的交流异步电机高精度控制平台。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of AC asynchronous motor,a design of DSP-based high-precision speed control system for AC asynchronous motor is proposed.The vector control technology is regarded as the overall control scheme of the system.high-speed digital signal processor(DSP) TMS320F2812 dedicated for TI motor control is used as the core processor of the system.Mitsubishi Electric Corporation's intelligent power module(IPM) PS21246 is used as the inverter device.A high-precision AC asynchronous motor control platform based on TMS320F2812 DSP was established by the use of space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) technology and fuzzy-PI control algorithm.
