新型红外探测系统通信模块的设计

摘    要:介绍了某红外探测系统的基本构成和工作原理,并针对该系统处理数据大、通信要求高的特点,专门设计一个通信模块,负责统一管理和协调对内和对外的数据通信。对外采用485接口,采用多串口扩展芯片SP2338DP扩展单片机的串行口,实现多方通信。内部DSP与单片机通信采用双口RAM模式,完全解放了DSP,使之专注于实时计算。给出了80C196,TMS320C31与双口RAM IDT7140之间的接口电路以及与多串口扩展芯片SP2338DP的接口电路和实现方案。实验证明,该方案完全可行,处理速度明显提升。

Abstract:In this article, the basic constitution and work principle of a new low altitude IR detecting system are introduced. And based on its requirements of high communication rates and high processing speed, a communication module is designed to manage the data communications. This module is consisted of RS 485 interface and multiserialchip SP2338DP and single chip microcomputer.And a twoport RAM is presented between DSP and single chip microcomputer for comunications. The hardware circuit implementation and interface between these chips are introduced in detail.The experiment proves that the processing speed is raised.
