摘    要:为了解决传统的光伏测试仪功能单一,只能够测量光伏电池基本参数的问题,采用了增加采样信道,由FPGA控制采样模式的方法,设计完成了一款双模式的光伏电池测试仪。在完成光伏电池I-V曲线等参数测量的同时可以实时的检测光伏电池的工作状态,为光伏电池的维护提供了便利。同时,使用电容代替传统的电子负载作为采样负载,提高了对开路电压和I-V曲线的测量精度。

Abstract:In order to improve the traditional single function tester that can only measure the basic parameters of photovoltaic(PV) cells,a method of increasing the sampling channels and controlling the sampling mode was adopted.A dual-mode PV cell testing system based on FPGA was designed.The tester can measure the necessary parameters,draw PV cells’ volt-ampere(I-V) curves and detect PV cells’ work status in real-time.A capacitance is taken as the sampling load instead of traditional electronic load.It improved the measuring accuracy of open circuit voltage and I-V curves.
