存储测试仪USB2.0接口卡设计

摘    要:以"三微"技术为典型特征的存储测试仪出于对功耗、体积及可靠性等的特殊要求普遍通过并口与计算机进行数据交换.如今USB2.0接口己成为计算机的主流外设接口,传统的存储测试仪在接口方面具有一定的局限性.针对这一不足,在不改变存储测试仪结构的前提下采用CY7C68013A开发了USB2.0接口卡,使得存储测试仪可以通过USB接口直接与计算机进行数据交换,极大地提高了数据传输速度.此外,还给出对存储测试仪接口设计的改进措施.

Abstract:The storage testing and measurement instruments,which take "3-micro" techniques as typical characteristic,always exchange data with computer through parallel port for the special considerations of power dissipation,volume and reliability.Now USB2.0 interface becomes the primary peripheral port and the traditional interface of storage testing and measurement instruments have shown limitations.USB2.0 interface card based on CY7C68013A has been developed to overcome this insufficiency on the premise that the configurations of instruments are not changed.Then the storage testing and measurement instruments could exchange data with computer through USB port directly and the transmission speed is enhanced enormously.Some improvement measures on interface are proposed in addition.
