摘    要:设计一种基于嵌入式系统的定形机排气湿度监控系统。重点介绍了排气湿度的检测方法以及硬件系统的组成,运用了模糊PID算法,在ARM上实现了移植Linux系统和设备驱动,最终能够在触摸屏上实时显示排气湿度参数。通过研究表明:该系统具有很好的稳定性,控制精度高,布匹后整理品质好,节省能源,具有非常广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:A kind of setting machine exhaust humidity monitoring and control system based on embedded system is designed in this paper. Focusing on the detection method of exhaust hmnidity and hardware system and using the Fuzzy PID algorithm, it implements the transplanting of Linux system and device drivers on ARM and ultimately the real-time display on the touch screen of exhaust humidity parameters. It can be concluded that the system has good stability, high control precision, better fabric finishing quality and saves energy which will have a very broad application prospect.
