摘    要:随着EDA(电子设计自动化)技术的发展和可编程逻辑器件性能的不断提高,基于FPGA的可编程片上系统技术为系统设计提供了一种简单、灵活、高效的途径。基于NiosII的可编程片上系统(SoPC)设计中,几乎所有的应用设计都需要使用Flash存储器,而Flash的编程必需相应的目标板Flash编程设计支持。结合实际应用详细论述了目标板Flash编程设计的创建及应用。
