| 摘 要： | 测量、判决、执行是切换的3个基本过程，其中测量是切换最根本的，最重要的依据来源。以下对TD_SCDMA系统切换的几个基本过程作了介绍，其中详细介绍了连接模式下的测量过程，并对接力切换整个流程作了描述。
