| 摘 要： | 为了满足Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ上移动ＩＰ主机的网络业务需求，Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ工程任务组设计了移动ＩＰ技术。介绍了移动ＩＰ的基本原理、提高移动ＩＰ性能的优化草案和有待进一步解决的枝术问题。
