| 摘 要： | 以双通道虚拟示波器为例,阐述了基于图形化的编程语言LabVIEW和NI USB-6009数据采集卡的虚拟仪器设计过程,从系统构造,软、硬件设计等方面详细介绍了虚拟示波器的实现。该虚拟示波器具有波形显示、参数测量、滤波、频谱分析、数据存储和回放等多种功能,与常规示波器相比,不但简化了结构,提高了测试性能,而且实现了测试自动化。 |
