| 摘 要： | 丈中通过阐述内河船舶监督预警通信管理系统的组成、监控终端软件的关键技术、关键特性和系统功能,从而提出该系统的运行模式,该系统运作模式灵活、适应性强,可随时随地对系统进行维护,方法简单效率高.最后对该系统的经济社会效益进行了分析,此系统为相关各管理部门提供有效的监控手段,宏观地掌握交通运输的安全状况,为有关部门制定决策提供科学依据.
