| 摘 要： | 适用于数字化变电站的电能质量监测装置是依据现有数字化变电站光电互感器和合并单元相关技术标准,提出了一套能够适用于大多数厂商光电互感器和合并单元产品的数字化变电站电能质量监测解决方案,这种解决方案除了能够实现传统变电站电能质量监测的全部功能以外,还能够实现电能质量监测装置与各个厂家的光电互感器的过程层通信,无缝接入数字化变电站;电能质量监测装置与系统主站的变电站通信层符合IEC61850标准规范。

| Abstract: | Monitoring equipment of power quality which can apply to digital substation is designed according as existence technical standards relating to photoelectric transformer and combination union in digital substation.Referencing some main company’s resolving schemes in our country,this thesis bring forward a resolving scheme on monitoring system of power quality adapt to most company’s photoelectric transformer and combination union.IEC61850 protocol layer’s software is developed,to realize measure up IEC61850 standard on motoring equipment for power quality and communication layer of the substation. |
