| 摘 要： | 同步整流技术在低压大电流开关模块电源领域得到了广泛的应用。文章从同步整流器件、主要电路结构以及工作方式等三个不同的角度,对同步整流技术进行了分析和比较,以便能够更好的理解和应用同步整流技术。文章最后给出了采用PWM控制、输出3.3V/8A的同步整流反激变换器的实验波形。

| Abstract: | The synchronous rectification have been analyzed and compared from several different points in this article.It is convenient to understand the synchronous rectification and applied it in practice.In the end of this paper,a hardware prototype of 25W((3.3) V/8 A),which applied the synchronous rectification to the flyback converter,has been built and some waveforms have been given. |
