基于CBSD的科技成果奖励及成果转化数据库系统设计与开发

摘    要:信息化服务作为我国科技成果转化服务体系的重要部分,在提高科研成果转化率问题上发挥积极有效的作用,但目前仍面临着诸如软件开发周期长、成本高、维护困难、用户间信用度低、系统使用率不高等问题困扰。针对这种情况,本文提出了以历年来获得科技奖励的优秀科研成果信息作为主要数据来源,并基于构件技术产业化开发的科技成果奖励数据库及转化应用系统。该文对其给予总体设计思路,并详细介绍了数据库系统的需求分析,开发工具、基于CBSD技术过程方法,接口设计;并简要概述了如何降低数据输入工作量、科研成果供需双方信用度评估、系统信息安全问题的解决办法。实验结果表明,该系统比以往同类系统更便于使用者的理解和应用,实现即插即用,利于系统的维护,延长系统软件的生命周期,便于挖掘成果之间隐藏转化关系,有效地促进科研成果的应用转化。

Design and Development of Technological Achievements Transformation DBS Based on CBSD

Abstract:Information service has played a positive and effective role in solving the problem of low scientific research achie vements transformation as an important part of our technological scientific research achievements transformation. But still facing pr oblems such as long software development cycle, costly and difficult to maintain, low credit among users, system utilization is not h igh and other issues. In view of this situation, we put forward develop database system of science and technology achievement awar ds and achievements transformation by computer technology bridge as the science and technology and economy as a primary data s ource of scientific and technological awards for outstanding achievements in scientific information over the years. This paper gives the general design scheme of the system, and describes in detail requirements analysis of the database, design ideas, development to ols, technical processes methods based on CBSD, interface design; and briefly overview how to reduce the workload of data entry, scientific credibility assessments of both supply and demand, solutions to information security problems.The system is easy to und erstand and use, achieved to plug and play, conducive to maintenance of the system, to extend the life cycle of the system software, to further promote the transformation of scientific applications.
