摘    要:采用非平衡Mach Zender干涉仪检测光纤光栅高频振动传感测量,通过工作点控制消除了随机相位变化和光源起伏的影响,实现了40kHz频率范围内振动信号的检测.

Abstract:High frequency vibration sensing with fiber grating is achieved with the method based on unmatched Mach-Zehnder interferometer . The random phase noise and the light source power waving are suppressed through the work point controlling. We achieved the measurement of 40 kHz frequency.
