Summary of Main Points in the Informatization Project Supervision

With the further development of information technology, more and more attention has been put on informatization supervision, of which software engineering supervision is an important part. According to the supervision process, the paper proposes main points in the software engineering supervision including activities such as tender, requirement analysis and management, trial operation and preliminary system acceptance. Experiences of informatization project supervision are summarized and shared in this paper.
