| 摘 要： | 在本文中,从理论和实际网络的情况分析了影响互联网网速的因素。在实际的网络中对于各个因素的影响程度进行了测试。根据分析和测试的结果,认为网速是受到了多种因素的影响,影响互联网网速最主要的原因不仅仅是接入网络的带宽,网速还受到TCP协议的设置的限制。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we analyze the factors related to Intemet access speed from the perspective of theory and network topology. An evaluation was performed in real network. The evaluation results show that there are several factors regarding to the Internet access speed, and the most important one is TCP protocol but not the bandwidth of access net-work. |
