摘    要:集团客户业务的蓬勃发展和有限的投资额度之间形成了矛盾。集团客户业务具有小型化、个性化和地域化的特征。这就要求对为数众多、特征各异的项目进行评价。采用屡次分析法,能够全面、务实的对不同的项玛进行评价,为科学决策提供帮助。

Abstract:Telecom Operators are facing contradictions between rising demands of group subscribers and limited investment scale. Most of services for group subscribers tend to be small sized, personalized and with regional characteristics, so it is necessary to evaluate numerous and various projects promptly and fairly. AHP is a means which could evaluate the projects comprehensively and pragmatically to assist scientific decision-making.
