摘    要:研究了连续工艺衍射光学元件在实际系统中的宽容度问题 ,模拟了非理想入射波、系统非共轴以及焦面定位对均匀照明的影响 ,提出了系统定位精度的重要性 ,并为实际工程检测提供了有意义的参数。

Abstract:The adaptability of the diffractive optical elements fabricated by continuous technology in the practical system is studied. The effects of the nonideal incident wave, uncoaxial system and allocation of focal plane on the uniform illumination have been simulated. The result shows that this kind of DOE has huge adaptability, and some helpful parameters have been provided for test of engineering.
