摘    要:采用CD光盘光栅作为表面等离子体共振(SPR)传感器的耦合元件,通过检测共振角的变化对液体浓度进行传感测量。结果表明CD光栅耦合型SPR传感器对葡萄糖溶液的灵敏度可达3%(质量分数),理论分辨率为1%(质量分数)。通过模拟不同光栅周期、光栅槽形和待测介质折射率对共振曲线的影响,发现缩短光栅周期、使用正弦槽形的光栅作为耦合基底,都可以进一步提高这种传感器的灵敏度。

Abstract:The compact disc (CD) is used as a grating-coupled element in the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor. And the changes in solution concentration are measured by detecting the resonance angle. The results show that the CD grating-coupled SPR sensor′s sensitivity to the glucose solution is low to mass fraction of 3%, and the theoretical resolution is mass fraction of 1%. The resonance curves with different grating periods, grating groove forms and refractive indexes of analyte are simulated and the results show that reducing the grating period or using the sinusoidal grating as coupling element can further improve the sensitivity of the sensor.
