摘    要:提出了一种在用激光片光做光源的三维传感中提高深度分辨率的方法.在牺牲少量横向分辨率的情况下,利用激光片光在物面上几个相邻区域产生的部分退相关的光强分布进行多帧平均.从而部分抑制激光散斑的影响,提高深度分辨率。实验结果表明,在横向分辨率下降约20%的条件下,深度分辨率提高了近一倍.

Abstract:Laser triangulation is one of the most important 3-D sensing profilometries.Because of the influence of image speckle, the determination of the centroid of light spot in CCD surface is limited. This causes the depth resolution decreased. In this article, we present a method that is based on the lateral shift of the object. When the shift distance reaches to the diameter of the point spread function, the correlation of the centroid line of laser sheet is decreased evidently. We increase the depth resolution by lateral averaging.Experimental result presented shows that the depth resolution is increased one time while the lateral resolution is deceased only 18%.
