钛合金表面激光熔覆NiCrBSi-TiC复合涂层的组织研究

摘    要:采用CO2 激光在TC4合金表面进行了NiCrBSi TiC混合粉末的激光熔覆试验 ,利用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪等对熔覆层的组织进行了分析 ,测试了熔覆层的显微硬度。结果表明 ,在优化工艺参数下可获得连续、均匀、无裂纹和气孔的熔覆层 ,熔覆层由TiC ,γ Ni,M2 3(CB) 6,CrB ,Ni3B等相组成。在激光熔覆过程中TiC颗粒边缘发生了溶解 ,冷却时以细小的枝晶形式析出 ,熔覆层显微硬度的平均值为Hv980。

Abstract:The clad coating of NiCrBSi-TiC metal-ceramic powders on thesurface of TC4 alloy was performed by CO2 laser. By means of SEM and XRD, microstructure of the coating was investigated, and microhardness was measured. The experimental results show that the clad coating is continuous, homogeneous, poreless and crackless by optimizing the technical parameters. The phases of coating are composed of TiC, γ-Ni, M23(CB)6, CrB, Ni3B et al.. The edges of TiC particles were dissoloved during laser heating, and the tiny dendrites of TiC precipitated during cooling. The average hardness of coating is Hv980.
