“神光”装置中空间滤波器的鬼点分析

摘    要:在设计“神光”装置各光学元件时 ,鬼点反射是主要考虑的因素之一。通过分析神光装置主放大器后的空间滤波器的鬼点 ,确定了空间滤波器中透镜的选型 ,以及主放大器中钕玻璃片与空间滤波器透镜间的距离。

Abstract:Designing the optical elements of the "SHENGUANG" facility, ghost reflecting must be analyzed. By calculating and analyzing the ghosts of spatial filter in "SHENGUANG" facility, the lens style of the spatial filter, and the distance between the spatial filter and the main amplifier are eslablished.
