| 摘 要： | 用相位检测的方法,通过测量待测信号与参考信号的位相差来得到待测波片的位相延迟,与传统的方法相比,这种方法简化了测量设备和测量过程,测量的精度更加容易保证,并且能够测量任意位相延迟及任意波长下的波片。
