VHF频段通信系统中功率放大器的设计

摘    要:设计了一款甚高频(VHF)波段功率放大器电路。该功率放大器使用MOS管BLF244的推挽式结构,采用集电极负反馈偏置技术和集总元件、传输线变压器混合匹配电路进行实现。使用集电极负反馈技术确保功率放大器的稳定性,使其线性度得以提高;同时使用电抗元件以增加带宽;另外使用传输线变压器进行平衡与非平衡之间的转换,且进一步拓宽频带宽度。最后,对功率放大器进行测试,测试的结果完全达到系统设计要求的性能指标,并有所提高,具有较强的实用性。

Abstract:A VHF-band power amplifier(VHF PA) circuit was designed.In this amplifier,the push-pull structure formed by MOSFET BLF244,collector negative-feedback technology,lumped element and transmission line transformers matching circuits were used.The use of the collector negative-feedback technology ensured the stability of the PA,and got higher linearity,at the same time using reactance components increased the bandwidth.Furthermore,transmission line transformers can undertake conversion between balance and unbalance,and also can broaden the bandwidth.The final test shows that its performance completely meets and even exceeds the design requirements of the system,and it has a strong practical applicability.
