| Abstract: | In this paper the advantages and disadvantages are compared between traditionalCCD image sensors and recently developing CMOS image sensors. The key techniques for CMOSimage sensor are discussed. The current situation of the developing CMOS image sensor is summa-rized at home and abroad. Finally the developing orientations of CMOS image sensors are discussed. |
