摘    要:阐述了用偏光显微镜测量液晶盒中分子有序度分布的方法。采用楔形液盒获得了仅有十几个nm的界面层信息,并提出具有创意性的偏光解析方法。通过这一工作得出以下结论:在高分子膜表面通过摩擦过程获得的液晶取向排列,其界面子有序度为体内部序度的60%以下,有序度远低于体内部;由于固体界面对液晶排列的影响,产生一个有序度连续变化的界面层,其厚度大约于体内部;由于固体界面对液晶排列的影响,产生一个有序度连续变化的界

Abstract:The distribution of the molecular orientation order in liquid crystal cells was evaluated by using a polarized microscope. The wedge cells were adopted to obtain the information about the interface layer, the thickness of which was in order of ten nanometers only. A novel method for analyzing polarized light was proposed. By this work, the conclusions are as follows In the alignment of liquid crystals obtained by rubbing treatment on thesurface of the polymer film, the order parameter at the interface is smaller, about 60X of that in the bulk; as regards the effect of the solid surface on the liquid crystal alignment, the interface layer which is in order of ten nanometers takes place; the action of rubbing is just for reducing the alignment interference from the solid surface, and therefore control ling the orientation and the alignment pattern of the bulk.
