摘    要:针对目前功率超声中电源到压电换能器的匹配问题,基于分析串联,并联匹配的优缺点,设计了一套综合的匹配网络,使电源输出电压与电流波形保持同相位,且换能器两端波形质量良好。将相位差和品质因数Q作为衡量匹配良好的两个重要指标。

Research of Series and Parallel Electrical Matching for Piezoelectric Transducer

Abstract:For the current problem about the electrical matching in large power piezoelectric transducer,a comprehensive matching networking based on the advantages of series and parallel method is designed. In this case,output voltage and current could be superposition effectively,and the current quality is perfect as well. Phase difference and quality factor are considered as two important factors to measure the quality of electrical matching.
