甲醇溶液吸收光谱与荧光光谱的研究

摘    要:采用紫外光度计和多功能光谱系统对甲醇溶液的紫外吸收光谱和紫外光激励下产生的荧光光谱进行了研究。研究结果表明,甲醇溶液能较好的吸收波长短于260nm的紫外光,且随着溶液体积分数的变化,荧光强度的变化呈现出一定的规律;甲醇分子吸收入射光光子的能量后向外发射峰值位于340nm处的荧光,随着激励光波长的变化,甲醇溶液发射荧光光谱略有差异。对甲醇分子吸收和发射光谱的机理进行了理论研究。该研究结果将为甲醇微量含量的测试提供理论依据,为甲醇分子的诊断技术提供参考。

Abstract:Based on the experimental research of the UV-light absorption spectra and the fluorescent spectra of methanol,the spectral characteristics and the physical mechanisms were investigated.The research outcomes indicate that methanol molecules can absorb the exciting light with a maximum wavelength of 260nm and they can emit fluorescence with a peak value of 340nm.And by means of the concentration change,fluorescent intensity had a regular change.Meanwhile the absorbing-emitting mechanism of methanol molecule was also discussed.The results of this research will give the theoretical support to measurement mini-quantity and reference to diagnose technique of methanol molecules.
