摘    要:传统亚像素定位算法过程中存在着抗干扰能力弱、定位精确度差、软件实现难度大等问题。为了解决这些问题,提高激光光斑中心定位精度,采用曲线拟合算法,结合小尺寸光斑中心的高精度定位测量法,进行了理论分析和实验验证。结果表明,该方法可将质心提取误差控制在0.1pixel内,与传统算法相比,其误差更小。该图像质心测量方法有效地降低了噪声干扰,增强了算法的抗噪声性能。

Abstract:In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional subpixel location algorithm, such as weak anti-jamming ability, poor positioning accuracy, and difficulty in software realization, and improve the center location accuracy of laser spot, the method of curve fitting was used and a high-precision positioning measurement method of small spot size was proposed.After theoretical analysis and experimental verification, the error of center-of-mass extraction is controlled within 0.1pixel.The results show that the image centroid measurement method reduces the noise interference effectively and enhances the anti-noise performance.Compared with the traditional algorithm, the error is smaller.
