A3钢表面激光熔覆Fe-WC金属陶瓷复合层的研究

摘    要:采用CO2激光器在A3钢表面激光熔覆Fe-WC金属陶瓷复合层.对不同Fe-WC复合粉末成分和扫描速度下熔覆层的显微组织和硬度进行了分析和测试.结果表明,粉末成分和扫描速度对熔覆层组织和硬度有显着影响.

Abstract:Fe-WC ceramic-metal composite coatings were cladded on the surface of A3 steel by using a 2kW CO2 laser.To different laser scanning speed and different Fe-WC compositions,the microstructure and microhardness of cladded layers are tested and analyzed.The experimental results show that the proper addition of WC crystal powder and increasing of the laser scanning speed enable the braunch structure to get fine and improve the surface microhardness.The average microhardness of the cladded surface can be up to 960kg/mm2,when 25wt% 9.5μm crystal WC added in Fe-01 metal powder and the Fe-WC cladded layer had been treated.
