激光熔覆金属粉末直接制造砂型铸造模具的探讨

摘    要:探讨了激光熔覆金属粉末快速原型技术直接制造砂型铸造用金属模具的问题.介绍了这种技术的工作原理及其特点;通过分析砂型铸造用金属模具的结构和工况特征,论证了激光熔覆金属粉末快速原型技术适用于这种模具的制造,能降低模具制造成本、缩短工期;提出了在应用中进一步轻量化、低耗化的对策.最后预计,随着各种相关技术的发展及其综合、集成度的提高,激光熔覆金属粉末制造铸造模具的轻量化、低耗化将逐步实现.

Abstract:This paper discusses laser direct manufacturing metallic patterns for sand mould based on laser cladding technology. The fundamental principle and characteristics of this rapid manufacturing (RM) technology are introduced.According to analysis of the structure and working condition of metallic pattern for sand mould, it is demonstrated that this RM technology would make great contributions to fabrication of this pattern. In practice,to acquire lightweight products and to decrease consumption in the procedure, corresponding measures are put forward to improve the process of laser cladding. Finally, it is indicated that lightweight patterns would be produced in low-consumption procedures while the relative techniques and their integration being advanced enough.
