摘    要:基于雷达海杂波的海洋大气折射率剖面估计简称为RFC,RFC技术能实时地将雷达海杂波中携带的大气折射率空间分布信息提取出来,为舰载雷达和通信系统提供环境评估信息.从Bayes参数统计估计和多参数最优理论的角度简要介绍了RFC的基本原理,其次对其研究历史和研究现状作了介绍,对其有待解决的四个关键问题:传播模型、环境模型、海杂波模型及反演算法作了重点探讨,对其下一步的研究方向作了展望.

Abstract:The estimation of atmospheric refractivity profile from radar sea clutter is called as RFC technology. RFC can obtain near-real-time estimation of atmospheric refractivity profile from radar sea clutter, which provides environment information for performance prediction of the shipboard radar and communication system. Based on Bayesian statistic estimation of parameters and multi-parameter optimization theory, the basic principle of RFC is described. The research history and the current research state of RFC are introducted. The four key problems of RFC including the propagation model, the environment model, the sea clutter model, and the inversion algorithm, are discussed in detail. The future research direction of RFC is also predicted.
