| Abstract: | Polar mesosphere summer echoes(PMSE) are very strong radar echoes near the polar mesopause in local summer.By analyzing the ionograms detected by ionosonde at Arctic and Antarctica,we study PMSE at Arctic and Antarctica by analyzing the Polar mesosphere summer echoes-sporadic E(PMSE-Es).In order to compare the seasonal variation of the Arctic PMSE and Antarctica PMSE-Es occurrence rate from 1999 to 2003,the new statically method with the data at Antarctica is used to obtain the PMSE-Es seasonal variation.Th... |
