光纤传感技术在气体检测方面的应用

摘    要:介绍了气体传感器的主要特性与光纤传感技术在气体检测方面的应用,比较了几种光纤气体传感器的优缺点,设计了一种基于光谱吸收原理的新型开放式气体传感器,展望了光纤气体传感器的发展方向和广阔前景.

Abstract:This paper introduced the main characteristics of gas sensor and the application of optical fiber sensing technology in gas detection, compared with the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of optical fiber gas sensors, a new type opening gas sensor based on spectrum absorption principle is designed, forecast the development direction and broad prospect of optical fiber gas sensor.
