多通道多气体光纤传感技术的研究

摘    要:基于气体的近红外吸收机理,研究了一种可以检测多种气体的光纤传感器.根据被测气体的吸收峰对应波长选择不同的分布反馈式半导体激光器为光源.采用光纤多通道同时测量,配以独特设计的气室探头,可用于煤矿等恶劣环境.对甲烷和一氧化碳气体浓度的检测实验表明,该系统具有较高的灵敏度、精度、稳定性.

Abstract:Based on the near infrared spectral absorption of gases,an optical fiber gas sensor for multi-gas de-tection is described.The DFBLD of driving light is selected by the absorptive peak wavelength of measured gas.Use of optical fiber multi-channel measurements at the same time;assemble the gas channel of different design;applicable to the industrial area,such as the mine.Experiment result of CH4 and CO intensity indi-cates that the system has higher detected sensitivity,detect accuracy and stability.
