一种毫米波数字化微波功率模块的研究

摘    要:微波功率模块是美国国防部电子器件咨询小组提出的一种新概念功率器件,适应雷达、电子战系统的需求。本文介绍了一种数字化毫米波微波功率模块(Microwave Power Module,MPM)的系统组成及关键技术。分析了模块采用独立控制和集中控制两种方式的优缺点。论述了全数字微波功率模块的数字化设计,包含数字化高压电源、数字化幅相控制和数字化控制保护等关键模块。详细论述了数字化控制保护的组成、接口、定时控制、稳压控制及控制保护软件。最后对研制成功的数字化毫米波微波功率模块进行了测试,测试结果表明,输出功率、波形和带宽均达到了设计指标的要求。

Abstract:Microwave power module (MPM) is a novel power device which proposed by Advisory Group on Electronic Devices (AGED). This device can well meet the requirement of radar, electronic warfare and similar systems. The system composition and key technology of a digital MPM are introduced in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of the independent control mode as well as centralized control mode which can be used in the module are analyzed. The digital design principle of the module are discussed, including the key components such as digital high voltage power supply, digital amplitude-phase control, digital control and protection system. The composition, interface, timing control, voltage regulator control and the realized software of the control and protection system are described in detail. Finally, the designed MPM is tested, the result shows that the output power, envelope and bandwidth can meet the requirement of design specification.
