一种基于微带均衡器结构的定向耦合器的研究

摘    要:提出了一种新颖的基于微带均衡器结构的宽频带高定向性微带线定向耦合器,并对该结构进行了理论分析、设计、制作和测量。该结构的新颖之处是通过对耦合度随频率的变化曲线进行均衡得到宽频带特性。该结构采用三电容补偿的微带线定向耦合器结构,并通过在耦合端集成微带均衡器结构实现。测量结果显示,该结构在2.5~3.5GHz工作频带内的耦合度随频率的变化范围约为1dB,隔离度低于-34dB,较之传统结构的微带线定向耦合器均有大幅的提高。测量结果很好地验证了设计方法的正确性。

Abstract:A novel broadband,high directivity microstrip directional coupler with microstrip equalizer structure is presented.The theoretic analysis,design,fabrication and measurements are given.The novelty of such coupler is the equalizer structure used to compensate the coupling variation during the frequency range.The coupler can be realized by the three-compensated capacitive structure with the microstrip equalizer added at the coupling port of the coupler.The experimental results show that the novel structure has around 1dB variation of the coupling during the frequency band and the isolation of below-34dB at the frequency range from 2.5GHz to 3.5GHz,which is great improvement compared with the conventional structure.The experimental results validate the design method well.
