梯形慢波结构的研究

摘    要:梯形慢波结构是应用于中功率和大功率行波管的一种重要且实用的周期慢波系统,具有结构简单,成本低,功率容量大,散热性好等优点。目前,国内外对梯形慢波结构的研究工作一直在进行中。分析了梯形慢波结构模型,分析了谐振法在运用CST 软件本征模求解器计算色散特性中的理论和过程。在此基础上,设计了工作点为100GHz 和225GHz 的梯形慢波结构尺寸,并研究了梯形慢波结构的尺寸对色散特性的影响。

Abstract:The Ladder slow-wave structure is an important and useful slow-wave system, which is used in power and high-power traveling wave tube, and ladder slow-wave structure has many advantages, such as simple structure, low cost, high power capacity, and good heat dissipation and so on. At present, the research of ladder slow wave structure has been in progress. It has been analysed of the ladder slow-wave structure mode, and it has been analysed of the theories and process in the using of CST software eigen mode solver in calculation of dispersion characteristic. On this basis, the design of the ladder slow-wave structures at the operating point of 100GHz and 225GHz has been given, and it has been studied of the impact on the dispersion characteristics from the size of the ladder slow wave structure.
