32-40GHz 宽带大功率行波管的研究进展

摘    要:报道了一种32-40GHz 宽带大功率行波管的研究进展情况。在26.5—40GHz 范围内功率大于60 W,增益大于35 dB。功率最大处电子效率大于15%。

Abstract:The latest progress in the development of a 32-40GHz broad-band high-power traveling wave tube (TWT) in The Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of science, is reported. A TWT has been detected, which has larger than 60 W of power and larger than 35 dB gain from 32 GHz to 40 GHz. The largest electron efficiency reaches 15%.
