W 波段圆极化微带阵列天线设计

摘    要:本文分析和对比了W 波段圆极化微带阵列天线不同的馈电形式,完成了圆极化阵列天线的设计。由理论分析 和仿真结果可知,单元间等幅同相馈电有利于W 波段圆极化微带阵列天线的实现,其2x2 阵列天线仿真结果驻波小于2 的相对带宽为3.5%, 轴比小于3dB 带宽为2%,中心频点94GHz 时天线增益为12.2dB。该天线在军事领域具有广泛的应 用前景。

Abstract:In this paper, a circular polarization array antenna at W band is designed by analyzing and comparing different feeding forms of circular polarization array antenna. According to the theoretical analysis and simulation results, constant amplitude and in-phase feeding of each unit radiation patch is ideal for the realization of circular polarization array antenna at W band, the bandwidth of VSWR and axial ratio of 2x2 array antenna are 3.5% and 2% when VSWR<2 and axial ratio is below 3dB, respectively. The gain of this antenna is 12.2dB at 94GHz. This antenna has a very broad application prospect in military.
