| 摘 要： | 从机场的安全性来看,机场跑道围界安全问题由为重要,围界监控报警系统的使用,加强了周界围网的安全管理,并降低人工巡逻的成本。本文介绍的系统主要采用智能视频分析技术实现入侵监测,从而确保了在北方恶劣气候环境下,机场跑道周界24小时全天候、360度无盲点布防,并且通过监控报警与语音呼叫、与声光提醒联动,保证了机场周界的安全。系统按照每200米布设一个防区,每个防区都配有本防区的广播、摄像机、灯光照明等的设备。通过以太网将各个防区的数据传输到设在航站楼弱电主机房MDF内的飞行区安全监控报警系统报警中心,达到实时监控的目的,从而保障机场周界的安全和机场运行安全。

| Abstract: | according to the important of airport,Airport enclosure surveil ance alarm system has been used to keep the aircraft movement area safety,this paper proposes a system which is used in North of china,inclement weather,vigours of winter,based on Intel igent Video Content Analysis technology.This system can provide a stable 24 hours al-weather operation. |
